Office admin greeted us and provided the paperwork to be filled. Audiologist tested my hearing. All results were sent to my insurance carrier and now waiting for my options. Note: we did show up a day early in error but they were able to accommodate me. 5 plus stars !!!!

I found Glenn to be incredibly knowledgeable about hearing and hearing aids. Also, he conducted himself very professionally, and was friendly and easy to talk to. I love my new hearing aids! I'll be back.
